Welcome to Kingdom Resources

Over 2600 adults and children were helped last year by Kingdom Resources through our budget, careers or employment services.  Demand for our services increased as the recession impacted upon our community in many ways including a rise in the number of redundancies and reduced working hours.

Our motivation is Christian - Christianity with its sleeves rolled up. But our help is available to everybody, regardless of beliefs or ethnicity,  who are just seeking advice or going through a rough time.

We have excellent professional caring staff and over 140 volunteers who freely give their time to help budget clients in the Christchurch and North Canterbury areas.  We are also supported by our Board of Trustees, sponsors and many other people within the wider community. 

Last year we helped more people with budget advice than the previous year and our Beat the Budget Blues course soared in popularity, increasing by over 60% in numbers attending.
